The PKPP Lewiatan is the only Polish business organisation representing interests of Polish entrepreneurs in the European Union. Based on views of the Confederation members our Brussels office and experts prepare opinions on draft legal acts to be passed in Brussels.
Thanks to contacts in the European Parliament and the European Commission, as well as the cooperation with the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the European Union, Lewiatan members have access to current information on the European legislation and are in a position to influence it. The Brussels office assists in arranging meetings and establishing contacts between member companies and associations and decision-makers in Brussels. Furthermore, Lewiatan is an active member of the BUSINESSEUROPE – the biggest European confederation of entrepreneurs, through which it also influences the European legislation. Lewiatan representatives take part in the work of an important EU body – European Economic and Social Committee.
