EBRD Report "Life in transition. After the crisis"

On 29th June the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development launched its report entitled "Life in transition. After the crisis" in which it analyzes the crisis's influence on the public mood in Europe.
Another important gender-related factor is participation of women in politics. In Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia and Uzbekistan there are 22-24% female members of parliament, while in Georgia, Mongolia, or Ukraine they constitute only 4-8%. Women's representation is considerably higher in the five Western European countries included in the survey (Great Britain, France, Italy, Germany and Sweden) m ranging from 45% in Sweden to 19% in France.
