Arbitration Tribunal
The Arbitration Tribunal at the PKPP Lewiatan is a modern institution aimed at a quick settlement of economic disputes between entrepreneurs. For business people this means a better access to the justice and reduction of costs of economic activity. Establishing the Arbitration Tribunal follows the world trends for the more and more common usage of alternative and amicable ways and methods of settlement of disputes.

Benefits of the arbitration proceedings, apart from lower costs and shorter time, include professionalism of arbiters, enforcement of judgments as in the case of common courts and confidential nature of proceedings. Establishment of the Arbitration Tribunal was possible thanks to co-financing of this project by the EU European Regional Development Fund.
